We collect personal information about yourself and your child so we can keep records of participation numbers and demographics, and to provide anonymised information to the people and organisations who support our work.

We use ClassForKids to process personal information for us.

We use photographs and video of participants and their creative work. These are shared on social media and are used to promote our work in YMCA Doncaster reports and publiciations, and for similar reasons by the companies and grant makers who support our programmes.

We do not otherwise share information provided with any other organisation or individual unless in an emergency or for safeguarding reasons.
